What we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email, optional phone number, and the project details you choose to share. If you arrive from the Demo Lab, Project Estimator, or Readiness Score, the configuration or results you built are included with your inquiry so we can respond usefully.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, scope your project, and communicate with you about work you’ve asked about. Inquiry details are stored securely so we can track and answer every request. We send a confirmation email when you submit an inquiry.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for. Our planning tools show results without requiring an email address.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept while we are corresponding with you and for up to two years afterward, so we can pick a conversation back up if you return. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will remove it from our records.

Service providers

A small number of services process data on our behalf: form delivery and inquiry storage (our hosting platform), transactional email (our email delivery provider), website hosting and content delivery, and optional spam protection on forms. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Analytics

We record anonymous usage events (for example, “estimator completed”) to understand which tools are useful. These events contain no personal information, and we don’t use advertising trackers or fingerprinting.

Local browser storage

The planning tools save your in-progress selections (such as a Demo Lab configuration or estimator choices) in your own browser’s local storage so your work isn’t lost between visits. This data stays on your device, never includes contact details, and can be cleared anytime through your browser settings.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you may request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you. Contact info@jomalabs.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
