How does the CARE50 launch offer work?
The first 10 care plan subscribers pay 50% off their monthly price for the first 12 months, or until they cancel — whichever comes first. After year one the plan continues at its regular price. Use code CARE50 when you reach out; eligibility is confirmed when your plan starts.
What counts as a small update?
A task we can complete in about 30 minutes: text changes, image swaps, button or link changes, business-hour updates, service detail edits, and small layout adjustments.
How fast are requests handled?
Most requests are completed within 2 business days. Pro Care requests are prioritized and typically handled within 1 business day.
Do unused updates roll over?
No — plans reset monthly. If you rarely use updates, Basic Care usually fits better.
What does “unlimited” mean on Pro Care?
Unlimited small updates within fair use: one active request at a time, handled in order. It doesn’t convert into redesigns, new pages, or feature builds.
What’s not included in care plans?
Full redesigns, new pages, ecommerce builds, advanced integrations, custom features, major copywriting, and branding work — these are quoted separately, with a discount on Pro Care.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — month to month, no minimum term. Your site keeps working; you just take over updates.

How are your prices structured?

Each package has a clearly defined scope. This keeps the process efficient while preserving thoughtful design, reliable development, and full client ownership.

Do I own the website?

Yes. After the project is paid in full, the completed website and project assets belong to you.

Are hosting and domains included?

Hosting and domain costs are separate. We can help select, configure, and connect both.

Can the website grow later?

Yes. The website is designed so new pages and features can be added as the business evolves.
